Our gymnastics training schedule: '23 - '24
NHAAGS offers Pre-school "little nhaags", Recreational classes, Sports Strength and Tumbling. We also provide Private Lessons for competitive athletes of all sports and levels and Summer programs offering gymnastics training, swimming skills & drills in our 4 hour Summer camp from 8:30am-12:30pm. Our Non-Competitive program includes Compulsory and Optional training for all levels.
NHAAGS has been a household word since the mid '70's, our teams having competed at the local, State, Regional, National and Internationally in Switzerland, Germany, Russia and Spain. We currently offer training in skill specific concentrations. Gestalt principles are the different ways individuals group stimuli together in order to make a whole that makes sense to them. These principles are divided up into five categories: proximity, similarity, continuity, connectedness, and closure an alternate and much needed focus to Artistic Gymnastics. SUMMER at nhaags:
Our 39th Summer half-day program with gymnastics, swimming and field games for ages 5 to 10 years in two age-group sessions. Mon - Fri from 8:30am-12:30pm, daily or weekly, you chose the schedule by day or week with a non-refundable deposit of $25/day upon enrollment! We know that summer in New England is all about you and your families. So we've made it our business to be here for you and adapt our Summer Programs to your busy & varied schedule. $210.00 for Session 6, a 7 Week Gym&Swim Session begins July 1, 2024 through Aug.15, 2024 ~ One 1+1/2 hr class weekly. Our Summer Gymnastics classes offer full and professional gymnastics instruction followed by a cool-down 'free swim', monitored by a family member. We encourage families to use our two in-ground pools after class.
$75.00 per day for a 4 hour program in Recreational Gymnastics, Swimming skills & drills, field games Arts & Crafts. We reserve our fully equipped gymnastics facility for our summer programs including two in-ground, heated pools, our Gaga court and sand volleyball court, trampoline park and soccer field, used daily for instruction and play.
Little nhaags' pre-school ages 3, 4 and 5 years old
Each 'Little nhaags' gymnastics class is limited from 3 to 8 children depending on the age group. The emphasis in our 'Little nhaags' program is to promote coordination, dynamic balance, and strength and always, gym safety and awareness of surroundings.
$215 per Eight Week Session begins Sept. 5, 2023 through August 15th, 2024 ~ 45 minute/weekly
Eight week sessions offer Trial classes and are encouraged! Cost for a trial class is $30.00. You can enroll at any time throughout the year, no need to wait for a new Session to begin! Call or click here: little nhaags enrollment to choose a class time that fits your schedule. In order to start a new class, we need three children to be enrolled. We aim to be flexible but with our one class per hour schedule, we have limited space available.
Make-ups are limited to 4 per session and must be completed within the session. – Make-ups must be scheduled and are subject to space availability. NHAAGS reserves the right to change/cancel/combine classes at any time due to enrollment or any other extenuating circumstances.
Recreational Gymnastics Boys and Girls - 6 yrs to 12yrs 
The recreational student to teacher current ratio is 10:1. These hour-long classes are manageable for instructors to tailor the curriculum for each student’s ability. Strength and flexibility are emphasized with basic apparatus use, beam, bars, vault and Floor Exercise. You will enjoy watching your child continue to develop coordination, strength, balance and courage all while having fun in a safe environment. In this program the gymnast will learn skills on floor such as correct movement patterning, handstands, cartwheels and bridge work. Our coaching staff evaluate gymnast's progress throughout each session. As the gymnast masters strength, flexibility and comfort in movement skills, they will be challenged with more complex moves. As the gymnast continues to master more advanced moves and increase their strength, they will demonstrate more advanced skills.

Private Lessons and Evaluations: Contact us if you think you've got what it takes to be a successful athlete, or just to schedule a coaching session! We would love to meet you. In this program, we work with athletes from all sports to help them attain the strength and physical preparedness needed to succeed. Ages 6 years and up. Birthday Parties are on hold until further notice!! But when we do, we hold birthday party's every Saturday from about 2:00-3:30. One hour (usually longer!) of gym structured program and 1/2 hour use of birthday space for your private party.
$185 for 10 guests, $10 per additional guest.
